1. Seller and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases made on akari-cookware.com (the "Store") between Asselman LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, with its registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States, doing business as AKARI (the "Seller"), reachable at contact@akari-cookware.com, and any individual purchasing as a consumer (the "Customer").

By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms. The Terms that apply are those in effect on the date of the order.

2. Products

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration: slight variations in color or shine may occur depending on your screen and lighting. Offers are valid while supplies last.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States is free. The price charged is the one displayed when the order is placed.

4. Orders

The Customer selects products, reviews the cart, enters their details, then confirms the order and payment. A confirmation email is then sent. The Seller may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, an existing dispute with the Customer, or an obvious pricing error.

5. Payment

Payment is made online when the order is placed, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; the Seller never has access to the Customer's full card details.

6. Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days. Details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

7. 30-day money-back guarantee

The Customer benefits from a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date the order is received. The product may be returned, even if used, with no questions asked. Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer. Details are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. AKARI lifetime warranty

AKARI pans are covered by a free limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the entire life of the product.

Exclusions: the warranty does not cover wear caused by lack of care or use that does not follow our recommendations (for example, overheating an empty pan or thermal shock).

How to make a claim: email us at contact@akari-cookware.com with your order number; our team will explain the next steps. Shipping costs for an accepted warranty claim are paid by AKARI.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law, including any implied warranties, which it does not limit.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for damage resulting from use of the product that does not follow the care and use instructions provided, or for events beyond its reasonable control.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All content in the Store is protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the Customer's state of residence.
