30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to try your pan and send it back if it isn't right for you — no questions asked.

How to make a return

1. Contact us at contact@akari-cookware.com with your order number (you can also use the form below).
2. We'll explain the next steps and tell you where to send your pan.
3. After contacting us for return instructions, send your pan back within 30 days of receiving your order.

Packages sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Condition of the product

You're welcome to cook with your pan during these 30 days: we accept it even if it has been used. It simply needs to be returned complete and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.

Refunds

We refund the full amount paid, including any shipping charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Defective or damaged products

Contact us with photos: we'll walk you through the next steps. Your pan is also covered by the AKARI lifetime warranty described in our Terms of Service.
