Shipping costs

Tracked shipping is free.

Delivery times

Delivery time: 6 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the season and your location.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with your tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to activate.

Damaged or missing packages

Please check your package when it arrives. If your product is damaged, or if your package hasn't arrived after the stated delivery time, contact us at contact@akari-cookware.com with your order number (and photos if the product is damaged). We'll walk you through the next steps.
